What is the process?
After receipt of your resume, it will be compared against our active searches. If there is a match, one of our professional recruiters will contact you and personally conduct an in-depth interview with you to understand your interests and skills.
Your recruiter will identify potential positions that meet your requirements. We will seek to meet you in person if you are local, and only for active positions. We respect your time.
We will check your references and be aware that most of our clients require a nationwide background check.
Your personal recruiter will provide you with client information and assist you through the entire process.

TPS has a referral program, if you refer someone to TPS and they get placed within 3 months – we’ll pay you $200. You can even stay anonymous, if you like.
*However, we must not have already contacted your referral within six months and they must stay in the position beyond 90 days. On day 91, a check will be on its way to you.
